Of great value is work of Day Centre for Disabled People, in workshops of which are created numerous works of art, also folk ones, all as a part of rehabiliation.
This institution was established 13 years ago and looks after 27 people from Mokrsko ommune and the village of Skomlin
Activities of Day Centre for Disabled People in Mokrsko, due to diverse disabilities of participants, boil down to raising quality of life and offering social assistance for people having problems with interpersonal communication and disorders of basic social skills.
The therapy carried out in DCDP aims at devising a group of activities leading to the fullest resourcefulness and improvement of mental and physical health.
In May 2011 Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Mokrsko began classes within the project of Social Integration Club- "A Helping Hand II„
A big event in MSAC was creating a ceramic workshop in which participants with the help of a therapist acquire manual and artistic skills. It was heralded by a trip to ceramic workshops in Łódź.
Another interesting therapy within this project is a manual one – the disabled create own jewellery.

Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Mokrsko began realization of a contest project entitled "A Helping Hand" within Priority VII, Activities 7.2, Sub-activities 7.2.1. Project 100% is co-financed by the European Social Fund within Operational Program Human Capital. 19 disabled people from Mokrsko commune are beneficiaries of this project.
